We offer a 30-day return window for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
